Responsibilities
I joined Optimum in 2014 as their Creative Director, and led the transformation of their brand into something more recognizable across the healthcare IT spectrum. An analytical mindset was required to study the healthcare IT market, and strategize on the best methods in delivering the message. Leading a talented team of rock stars, we succeeded in transforming the RFP process with a streamlined communications plan that was detrimental to the increased success rates.
